This is the wedding where I lost my car keys in a corn field and my poor long suffering father had to take a break from his bbq guests to organise a courier to send my spare car keys three hours up the road to Grantham to get me out of a pickle. But what are Dad's for?!
And thank you to dear James and Orissa who made a gallant effort to try to find the keys before I insisted that we really should get back to their reception and waiting guests. This incredibly hot summers day offered sun followed by a torrential downpour and lightening and then of course a beautiful rainbow. This was a gorgeous homemade wedding with all hands on deck to get the marquee in the back of Orissa's parents house ready in time for the big day, full of wonderful and creative details.
